Return & Refund Policy 

At The Victory Vibe, many of our products are made, personalized, or produced especially for you. We put a lot of care into getting the details right, and we want you to love what you receive.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, all sales on customized or personalized items are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Please double-check names, spelling, sizes, colors, dates, and other personalization details before submitting your order. We will create your item using the information provided at checkout or approved during the design process.

If we made an error in your personalization, we will absolutely make it right.

Made-to-Order & Limited-Run Items

Some Victory Vibe products are made to order, produced for a specific team, school, organization, event, or offered during a limited ordering window. Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, these items are also considered final sale.

Non-Custom Items

Unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Tiny business. Real humans. Occasionally, something may go sideways.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue was caused by us, we will work with you to replace the item, correct the problem, or issue an appropriate refund.

Please do not discard damaged items or packaging until we have responded, as photos or additional information may be needed to resolve the issue.

Sizing

Please review any sizing information provided in the product listing before ordering. Because apparel and many of our products are produced specifically for your order, incorrect size selections are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in the listing.

If you're unsure about sizing, reach out before ordering. We'd much rather help you choose than have a perfectly good shirt staring sadly at you from the closet.

Color & Handmade Variations

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, materials, printing process, wood grain, or other natural variations.

Many Victory Vibe products are handmade, engraved, printed, or individually finished. Small variations are part of the character of these products and are not considered defects.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help.

Once materials have been ordered, personalization has begun, a design has been approved, or an item has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Final Sale Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or customized products

• Made-to-order products

• Items produced for a specific school, team, organization, or event

• Clearance or specifically marked final-sale items

• Gift cards

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered after delivery
